This workshop teaches you the best key strategies for self-care and effective caregiving.
Saskia shares her wisdom and knowledge as a coach and former frontline worker with 10 years of experience in the Caregiver Service Industry.

You also learn how essential oils have been used for generations to ease symptoms of depression, anxiety and insomnia. Many caregivers are now using these trusted, pure and therapeutic grade oils to ease anxiety, boost memory and improve the mood of loved ones living with dementia and alzheimers. Using essential oils in your life and especially while on your caregiving journey will help you create a wonderful way to support everyone’s wellbeing.
