    1. Hi Kristina, thank you for your comment, I am glad I made you happy. I love using my essential oils in many different ways.
      It’s not clear if that is a question about peppermint essential oils, but will answer it anyways. Peppermint is commonly used for relief of headaches, sore muscles, and upset stomach. When you inhale peppermint, it clears your mind and focus. The Young Living essential oils are 100% pure and therapeutic grade, so often 1 drops is enough, because of it’s concentration. Diffusing it in a diffuser is one of the most powerful ways to use an essential oil. Be careful, peppermint is a “hot” oil and can cause a warming or sometimes burning sensation. Rubbing your eye after using peppermint with your hands? Use a drop of vegetable oil to dilute the oil and to take the sting out of your eye. Never use water, essential oil is not water-soluable.
